JayBees Valet Laundry

We charge a $40 minimum per order, which covers your pickup and initial processing. Once your laundry is weighed at our hub, we calculate the final price based on weight (2.5$ / lb). If the total comes to more than $40, we'll send you a link to pay the difference. If it's $40 or under, you're all set — no additional charge.

You'll pay the $40 minimum upfront when you book, to confirm your pickup. If your final weighed total is more than $40, we'll email you a separate payment link for the balance after your laundry is weighed at our hub.

After we weigh your laundry at our hub, we'll email you a secure payment link for the remaining balance. Your laundry is processed and delivered once that balance is paid.

No — once the balance is calculated, your order is held at our hub until the balance is paid. This keeps things fair and secure for both sides, and your laundry moves straight to processing and delivery as soon as it's settled.

All payments are handled securely through Square's checkout system. You'll never need to share your card details with us directly — payments happen through a secure link sent to your email.

We'll email you updates at each step — when your payment link is sent, when your balance (if any) is confirmed, and when your laundry is on its way back to you.

No problem! You can leave your laundry bags on your porch, by the front door, or with your building's concierge. Just let us know in the delivery instructions when you place your order.

Once your Wash & Fold laundry arrives at our hub, we weigh it and take a photo of the scale for full transparency. You'll receive an email showing your exact weight, the photo, and your final price breakdown.

Yes — when booking, you can add special instructions such as hypoallergenic detergent, no fabric softener, or fragrance-free products. We use standard detergent and fabric softener by default unless you let us know otherwise.

We strive to provide next-day delivery for all standard orders. While same-day service may be available, it cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control may affect turnaround times.

Same-day service may be available depending on when you book, but it can't be guaranteed. We recommend booking as early in the day as possible if you're hoping for same-day pickup, and our standard turnaround for all orders is next operating day delivery.

We currently serve only South Florida. If you're unsure whether we cover your address, reach out and we'll confirm.

Cancellations made with less than your required notice period, or missed pickups where your laundry is not available, are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. As a courtesy, your first qualifying cancellation or missed pickup may be waived at JayBees' discretion. Please review our full Terms of Service for complete details.
